This part of the essay puts focus on the development of the reading strategies for the early primary students. Out of these many obstacles, one major problem is lack of fluency in decoding. Decoding refers to the ability of the students to read words by the translation of written symbols into the sound of spoken words. With the help of this strategy, the students acquire the ability to use their stored words for reading texts.
